I just wanted to say thank you.  I was having issues with my central AC not working quite right tonight.  I called in around 7 pm and talked with a wonderful guy listened to my issues and I explained about my special needs daughter and how I needed it working, especially since it was only installed a week ago.  After pulling some strings Danny (I can't ready his writing) showed up and smiling went to work.  After getting rained on he successfully fixed the problem.  I just wanted to say how thankful I am for the wonderful, if not short notice, service.

I recently purchased an Aire Serv 21 point inspection coupon from Angie's List.  I want to thank Aire Serv and the technician, Tim Potts for great customer service and attention to detail.  I recently purchased my home and I know the furnace had not had any attention in years!  Time did not scream as he pulled out the blower fan that was crammed full of dirt and who knows what else!  Tim did a great job-he was professional and courteous.  He gave me some great advice on filters and overall updates on my heating system.  He was proud of his work and company.  Thanks so much and I will definitely use your company again and suggest Aire Serv to others!
